(1) License
HQ is free software. The developer gives you a personal, non-exclusive, free license to download, install and use HQ on your own computers. You may not sell HQ, or pass it off as your own. Parts of HQ come from other people under their own licenses; those are listed on the open-source notices page and their licenses apply to those parts.
(2) No warranty
HQ is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. The developer does not promise that HQ will work, keep working, be free of bugs, or produce any particular result. HQ is an early release tested on one Windows PC.
(3) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any damages of any kind arising from HQ or from your use of it, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive. That includes, without limit: data loss, lost or broken work, damage to your computer or files, suspended or banned accounts, usage limits, subscription or API charges, purchases, domain costs, and lost funds or crypto. If any liability can't be excluded under the law that applies to you, it is limited to the amount you paid for HQ, which is zero.
(4) You are responsible for what your agents do
HQ's agents run with full shell access on your PC. They can read, write and delete files, install software, run commands and reach the internet as your user account, and in HQ's full-access mode they do it without asking you to approve each step. You choose what to tell them and which folders and accounts they can reach. Everything they do, and every command run on your computer through HQ, is your responsibility. Keep backups and don't point HQ at anything you can't afford to lose.
(5) Your accounts and third-party terms
HQ uses accounts you sign in to yourself: Claude, ChatGPT, Roblox, Vercel, Hostinger, X and others. You are responsible for those accounts and for following each provider's terms and usage policies. Check yourself that running several accounts, automation or agents is allowed under your own plans. If a provider limits, suspends or closes your account, that is between you and that provider.
(6) Costs and purchases
Any cost, charge, purchase, domain registration, deployment or transaction made through your accounts while using HQ is yours, including anything an agent does on your behalf.
(7) Acceptable use (the rules)
Don't use HQ, or anything it builds, for:
- anything illegal where you or the people affected are;
- scams, fraud, rug pulls, market manipulation or misleading people about money;
- malware, phishing, or unauthorised access to, scanning of, or attacks on other people's systems;
- spam, harassment, impersonation or abuse of anyone;
- breaking the terms of a service you use through HQ.
The developer can stop supporting, refuse to help, or block access to updates or services for anyone who abuses HQ.
(8) No affiliation
HQ is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Roblox, Vercel, Hostinger, pump.fun or X. Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Roblox, Vercel, Hostinger, pump.fun and X are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to describe what HQ works with.
(9) Not financial advice
Nothing on this site, in HQ, or produced by HQ's agents about crypto, tokens or pump.fun is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Launching, buying or promoting a coin is your own risk and your own legal duty, including any rules on securities, consumer protection and tax where you live.
(10) Age
You must be 18 or older to use HQ.
(11) Changes to HQ
The developer may change, pause or stop HQ, this site or any download at any time, without notice. There is no duty to support, fix or update HQ.
(12) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the developer against any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) that comes from your use of HQ, from what your agents do, from your accounts, or from your breaking these terms or anyone else's rights.
(13) Changes to these terms
The developer may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Using HQ after that date means you accept the new version.
(14) Severability
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is limited as little as needed and the rest stays in force.
(15) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the Philippines, unless the law of your country gives you a right that can't be waived.
