HQ

You brief one PM. It plans the work, hands it to workers, reviews what they send back, and moves them to whichever account has room.

HQ is one Windows window holding many Claude Code sessions, each on the subscription account you pick. Close the window and the agents keep working.

How the team works

HQ's team step: a Web Lead and two builders planned from the Websites template

(Lead)

The PM

Plans
Reads your brief and turns it into tasks.
Delegates
Sends each task to a worker pane.
Reviews
Every worker's report comes back to it on its own.
Keeps going
The Factory keeps it shipping while you sleep.

(Worker)

Frontend Dev

Frontend Dev's own pane in HQ: Claude account, Opus 5.5 at medium effort, waiting for its first task
Builds
The pages, layout, animation and responsive design.
Design bar
The project's Awwwards inspiration: a real type system and grid.
Motion
Scroll-driven sections, a page-load sequence, hover states.
Checks
Desktop and mobile screenshots, no console errors, then reports.

(Worker)

Backend Dev

Backend Dev's own pane in HQ: Claude account, Opus 5.5 at medium effort, waiting for its first task
Builds
The APIs, database, auth, payments and deployment.
Inputs
Validated on the server; it never trusts the client.
Secrets
Kept in environment variables, never in code or the browser.
Checks
A test for every route, then a report to the lead.
The full HQ-52 window right after setup: the Websites workspace, the Agents, Ready, Usage and Closed tabs, the account chip, and Web Lead, Frontend Dev and Backend Dev panes on Opus 5.5 at medium effort. The banner says no account is logged in yet.

(1) Web Lead plans the site, picks the design inspiration, splits the work and reviews every result.

(2) Frontend Dev builds the pages, layout, animation and responsive design.

(3) Backend Dev builds the APIs, database, auth, payments and deployment.

The real HQ-52 window on a fresh install, before signing in, so the panes are still empty and the banner asks for a login. Every picture on this site is the real app.

Limits balance themselves.

HQ reads each account's 5-hour and weekly usage, the same numbers Claude Code's /usage shows, every 2 minutes and after every turn. An agent stays on its account until that passes 85%, then moves to the least-used one and keeps its conversation. When every account is full, the work waits and starts again after the reset.

  1. (1) Account 1
  2. (2) Account 2
  3. (3) Account 3

A diagram of that rule on a fast clock: the cream fill is the 5-hour window, the line is 85%, the dots are agents and the lit one is the PM. Drag an agent to another account.

Install in three steps

(Install)

  1. Unzip HQ-52
  2. Install.cmd
  3. More info
  4. Run anyway
  5. Sign in
  6. Brief

Unzip the folder and double-click install.cmd. HQ isn't code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may stop it: choose More info, then Run anyway. The installer adds Node.js if it's missing, puts HQ in your user programs and opens it. HQ then installs Claude Code or Codex for you and opens the sign-in.

HQ onboarding: what do you want to build, with Websites, Roblox games, Software and Research templates

(Workspaces)

One team per workspace

Each workspace has its own folder and lead. Templates for websites and web apps, software and tools, research and content, and Roblox games.

HQ's Usage tab with Claude and ChatGPT account cards

(Usage)

Every account, live

Plan, 5-hour and weekly use, reset times and which agents sit where. Add accounts from the same tab.

HQ's phone remote popover with the Phone access switch

(Phone)

Run it from your phone

Turn on Phone access and scan the code. Home Wi-Fi or anywhere through a Cloudflare tunnel, behind a PIN.

(ChatGPT)

Codex workers and images

Add ChatGPT agents that run Codex on your ChatGPT plan, so they never touch your Claude limits. Agents make logos and posters with ChatGPT's image model.

(Roblox)

Games, built in Studio

Agents open Roblox Studio and build worlds, gameplay, UI and saving live through HQ Bridge, the Studio plugin HQ adds.

(Recovery)

Agents that don't stall

Network errors retry after 1, 2, 5, 10 and 15 minutes. Every pane has Stop, Retry and a queue, and Enter talks to a working agent at its next step.
